By accessing or purchasing from miditrumpetguy.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About us MTG is operated by MTG Music Ltd, based in the United Kingdom. We design and sell the MTG MIDI Harmonizer and related digital products.

2. Products All products are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify specifications or discontinue products at any time. Images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product.

3. Orders & payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

5. Restrictions You may not:

a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

b) Circumvent, disable, or modify the cryptographic UID lock or any other technical protection measures in the Software.

c) Copy, distribute, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Software.

d) Modify or create derivative works based upon the Software.

e) Use the Software for any commercial purpose other than as part of your normal music production activities.

6. Intellectual property rights All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software are owned by MTG Music Ltd. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

7. Digital products Digital guides and workshop access are for personal use only. They are non-transferable and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold. Access is granted to the purchasing individual only.

8. Termination This agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice from MTG Music Ltd if you fail to comply with any term(s). Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTG Music Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
