Return & Refund Policy

Our commitment: We want you to be completely satisfied with your MTG MIDI Harmonizer. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@mtgmusic.ltd with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or damaged items: If your harmonizer arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Digital products: Digital guides and workshop access are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on items that have been modified or show signs of damage caused after delivery.
